    My colorado shoes had served me well but they were getting very tired after many years of use. The other day whilst walking past Williams the Shoemen I spotted a pair of colorado's that looked like the style I would wear. So today my wife and I went into the shop as I wanted to try a pair on.They didn't have my size on the shelf. The shop was busy and as soon as she could, Michaela came across and offered to help. They didn't have my size in black so Michaela gave me a brown pair to try on for size etc. I did purchase a pair of black colorado's and she organised for my new shoes to be shipped from their warehouse right to my door. Michaela was helpful and had a good sense of humour which made the purchase that much more enjoyable.

    Very poor staff performance . Lacked interest and most definately sales skill . Lost sale due disinterest in locating suitable sizing or assisting in fitting just left to our own devices. Unfriendly behavior seemed obvious . Could do a lot better with staff selection and training .
